How do I place an order?
To place an order, select your desired style, size, and color, then click ‘Add to bag’. You can review your selections at any time by clicking the Shopping Bag icon in the top right-hand corner of the page. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Which currency I can pay in?
Orders delivered within the United States are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Orders delivered to all other countries are processed in Euros (EUR).

Will there be additional costs payable on my purchase?

All orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Italian public holidays.
How will I know my order has been received?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed. Please note that this email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. All orders are subject to payment verification and availability. Once your payment has been approved and your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Can I cancel my order?

We offer free returns for orders placed on herbertlevine.com. You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected to make sure all the conditions of our Refund Policy are met. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not receive the refund, please contact us at shop@herbertlevine.com for assistance.If your return does not meet the conditions listed in our Refund Policy, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied.
Can you issue my refund to a different payment method?
Not at this time. All refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

A few important general suggestions to ensure longevity and beauty of your pairs:
- Avoid contact with water, alcohol, oils, solvents, perfumes, cosmetics, and abrasive surfaces
- If your shoes become wet, allow them to dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight
- Never clean your shoes with soap or water. Use only products specifically designed for the material, and always test them first on an inconspicuous area
- Store your shoes in the provided dust bags in a cool, dry place when not in use
- Natural leathers and exotic skins present small variations in each pair and may develop subtle variations and a unique patina over time, reflecting the character of each pair
