Return Eligibility

We hope you are delighted with your Herbert Levine purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer complimentary returns for all orders placed on herbertlevine.com.

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, dust bags, and accessories

  • Returned with all tags still attached

  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our Client Services team at shop@herbertlevine.com with your order number and reason for the return.  Once your request has been approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return your order. Please do not return products without first contacting our team, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email advising whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please contact shop@herbertlevine.com.

Exchanges

At this time, Herbert Levine does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different style, size, or color, we kindly ask that you return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Products that have been worn, damaged, altered, or show signs of use

  • Products returned without their original packaging or attached tags

  • Any item designated as final sale, where permitted by applicable law

Purchases from Retail Partners

If your Herbert Levine purchase was made through one of our authorized retail partners, please contact the original place of purchase directly, as their return policy will apply.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
